Help Your Baby's Head Tilt & Flat Head — At Home
Confident, gentle techniques you can start today.
Clarity fast: Understand exactly what a head tilt (torticollis) and flat spot are—and why early action matters.
Doable at home: Short, guided videos and printable checklists you can follow in minutes per day.
Safer, earlier support: Learn positioning, play routines, and stretches that support neck mobility and head shape.
Save time & stress: Skip the rabbit holes. Follow a proven, pediatric‑friendly plan.
If you’re thinking “yes” to any of these, you’re in the right place:
Your baby favors one side, has a visible head tilt, or you notice a flat head.
You were told to “wait and see” but your gut says act now.
You’re waiting for appointments (PT/OT/chiro) and want to start helping today.
You’re already seeing a provider but want clear at‑home homework between visits.
What You'll Be Able To Do:
Check for head tilt and a flat head with confidence
Understand common causes and when to seek additional care
Use feeding and play positions that support symmetrical development
Reposition baby through the day and night to relieve pressure points
Do gentle stretches for tight muscles and strengthening for weak patterns
Support a rounder head shape and reduce the likelihood of helmet therapy

Now. Babies change rapidly in the first months; early action yields faster progress.
Most families start with 5–10 minutes of exercises per day. Broken up into 2-3 sessions per day.
Yes—techniques are gentle, pediatric‑friendly, and parent‑performed. Always stop if baby is distressed and consult your provider with any concerns.
This course is educational and complements care from your pediatrician, PT/OT, and/or chiropractor. I also created this course because many people don't have the resources or access to work with providers based on location. (Doing something is always better than doing nothing! This course is a great foundation.)
The principles and exercises in this course will definitely still help, but progress can take longer. Consider adding a 1:1 consult with me for a customized plan.
